Finally caught "It Follows" at the theater. I can't remember the last movie that made me recoil this much. Remember that scene in Kairo with the woman with the stilted walk? This movie is full of moments like that. The scene where Jay encounters "It" in her kitchen is especially terrifying. What a great concept.

The soundtrack was also very memorable. It really made the movie.

I'm feeling a repeat of 2013. In 2013 The Wolverine was my favorite summer movie, kicking Iron Man 3's ass. This year I feel that Fury Road will be my favorite spring/summer movie, kicking Avengers 2's ass.

I'm not sure how I feel about Mad Max. It's like, so far removed from the original Road Warrior, but it also might be a fun movie. I hope it's not just Fast and Furious in the desert and is actually, you know, good.

The best thing about the movie is the dude at 2m 20s on the bottom left just rocking the fuck out on the front of a moving truck with explosions going on around him.

No, I just can't stand Will Smith. He's in the same boat as Tom Cruise, where I can't enjoy a movie with either of them in it for some reason.

It's got nothing to do with religion, just that I don't like them. Something about Will Smith and Tommy Cruise irks me.

Also I think Will Smith isn't a good fit for Deadshot regardless, but I don't read superhero comics anyway so what do I know? NOTHING. That's right.
