I've never drank Starbucks' coffee. I did get some sandwiches there though. For 5£/sandwich I was expecting way better.

20 hour drive?

I've never used in line skates
I've never seen 24 or the wire
I've never seen the hype behind Tim Burton's films, sure they look okay but they are hardly groundbreaking or exciting.

I live in the midwestren United States, it would take about 20 hours to drive to the nearest Ocean. I do live about 2 1/2 hours from a great lake though :D

I'm in a pretty similar situation.  But I live right where Lake Superior, and Lake Huron meet up.
Superior is very cold to swim in.

I never thought I would find another person on the forums (Minus Sanus) would agree with me Burton's films are overrated, yay!

I especially don't like how he twists it so that there is very little left of the original story, like both Alice and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, like dammit make an original story!

YES!

Alice was all about the Bandersnatch side story in through the looking glass, something that was a weak point in the book.

I understand that directors have a signature style and look but the faux-gothic look seems really limiting.
