So this just leaked:

A new Transformers game that really looks like something Platinum would make. This would be exciting if it wasn't for Activision. Lots more screenshots here: http://www.purexbox.com/news/2015/06/exclusive_screens_activision_bringing_new_cel-shaded_transformers_title_to_xbox

This E3 is being grossly overhyped.

Man kind of surprised about the cynisism but I guess they've done it to themselves. With Sony back in the lead maybe they can put more variety back on the map. Unless Microsoft surprises the world with their change of focus after Don Mattrick screwing up. I feel like microsoft still hasnt fully come out of the hole they dug.

Nintendo has got me most excited personally. Its always hit and miss with them though. Sometimes the cynisism towards them is legit, and sometimes it feels like Nintendo purposefully screws around with people's minds, just to end up blowing them away. Sony is also good at this.

They're already beginning tomorrow with new smash brothers reveals and a world championship. Dont care much about the latter, but im all up for some new smash bros anouncements!

It's less about cynicism and more about the fact games are getting announced way too early these days. Hard to be excited about Metal Gear Solid and the like when they've been known for over 2 years. I feel the same way even if a game is announced at E3, most won't be released until late next year or even the following year.

Hard to get excited when this has been a generation about delays and long announcements.

In case the video gets removed.  Ryu from street fighter joins smash brothers.
A big surprise just got ruined. Must be a huge blow for nintendo. The leaks are out of control this year :\

Is this what video games have come to that a new DLC character for a already released game is considered a big surprise?

Me and Mang already talked about it on Skype and laughed together about Virtua Fighter 6 as a Wii U exclusive.

Then we got scared.

Did you mean that could happen the same fate that Yakuza 1/2 HD in Japan had for the WiiU version?

Well, anything is possible since Nintendo has already lost all their relationships with Western 3rd Party publishers and the only way to have 3rd Party exclusive games us funded them like Bayo 2 or MH4U/MHX.

Bethesda accidentally revealed Dishonored 2 is a thing a day early. They didn't show any gameplay or images or anything, just the fact it exists.

I'm hoping E3 actually packs a few surprises this year, because all the "leaks" coming out in the last couple days have ruined a good bit of it (ESPECIALLY that Smash leak, goddamn at least one person actually started PLAYING IT on stream, instead of just showing off all the assorted files).

that video is so funny. that 5 or so seconds of awkward silence at the end as he waited for an applause he never got.

Is that an old game? Or a new one made on the cheap?

Old game, significant in that it never got released outside Japan (even though it was supposed to be and got canned because Super Nintendo happened). It finally being released officially is kind of a huge deal.

So unless Nintendo or Sony pulls a rabbit out of their ass and showers the audience and everyone watching in gold, Bethesda won E3 with Doom and Fallout 4 alone. Any thoughts?

i left out microsoft bc honestly who gives a hoot
