I figured the reason why there's no SA1/" remakes is because Sonic Team are unsure whenever todays audience will take them well. Which is why Dreamcast Sonic would be ideal to pave the way for that!
Besides, I'm tired of Classic Sonic getting all the cool games of late.

Yeah but that was before they went into the console business. If Nintendo were to went into the Arcade business, they would probably topple Sega's arcade reputation around two or three years tops.
Nah.. SEGA's Arcade R&D was very huge back then, even Taito, Capcom, and Namco's having hard time to top them.
Besides Donkey Kong was their only big hit in arcade.
