We may not like it but that's the common methods adopted by game companies that produce the consoles right now (Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft).
Could it be SEGA also prepare a special console too with their games subscription service?
It would mean SEGA will be back to console business and I doubt it would happen.
Besides, SEGA only said "considering", not "preparing".
