Added Metal Slug conversion (from Atari STE) for SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive

Mainly all the game engine is being ported from Atari STE to MegaDrive / Genesis.
Audio playback is 100% based on digital samples, using a custom made sound driver that provides 3 channels mixed at 16 KHz. Samples are compressed, in order to save ROM space, and Real-Time decompressed using the Z80 processor.
Currently, the same samples and graphics from the Atari STE version takes only 1 MB of MegaDrive / Genesis ROM space, while the STE version takes 3.6 MB
There is a high detailed background composed of up to 8600 tiles, and a parallax background.
Background uses up to 61 different colours.
Custom MegaDrive / Genesis tools are made to create map graphics data, and to provide colouring to the map tiles.
Many things are still pending to be ported to MegaDrive / Genesis,

DREAMCAST VERSION EXCLUSIVES:

1. The Dreamcast version will have 7% more vertical resolution compared to new generation versions.
2. The Dreamcast version will also benefit from fixes that were made the game post release to the new generation platforms. (no more being hit through the environment, no falling from ships in the bridge level, extra continues and many more fixes and enhancements).
3. The game will be even more accessible to everyone, and completable by most in the easy and normal difficultly. This is thanks to the feedback I got through the prior releases. It will be achieved by adding more continues and removing Dan getting hit through environment among other enhancements.
4. The hard mode (also called Crimson Ninja mode), is staying as is, and is for elite players of which there is to my knowledge only 4 people that finished it in this mode worldwide.
5. Controller rumble is also unique to the Dreamcast version.

Moving Yeah Yeah Beebiss II (port of NES version) for SEGA Dreamcast to 2022 List because the game is planned to be released in January 2022.

Q : Are there any upcoming games you are allowed to mention that you may be bringing to Dreamcast with a physical release?
A : We just announced a fun little platformer game by YouTuber John Riggs called Yeah Yeah Beebiss II, which is the sequel to a game which never existed.
Quite an interesting concept. We also have a few more on our release calendar for next year, but I can’t give much away yet.
We’ll be announcing and demoing some of these titles in January at OLL ‘22, which is a games convention local to us in Norwich.

Things are working fine on my early Japanese model, but if you are having issues, then please let me know what model you are using. So long as it's not an AT Games console, then I'll see what I can do to fix it

The roms seems to be working fine in emulators, but the music is sometimes a little off, so I would recommend real hardware.
