1988 – P-47 The Freedom Fighter (arcade) launched
1989 – P-47 (PC-Engine) released
1990 – P-47 Thunderbolt (Amiga, Atari ST, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, etc.) released
1990 – P-47 II Freedom Star (Mega Drive) development cancelled
1995 – P-47 Aces (arcade) launched
2020 – Arcade Archives P-47 (PlayStation 4, Switch) released
2022 – P-47 Aces Kai (arcade) launched
2025 – P-47 II MD (P-47 II Freedom Star) released

A fun action puzzle game designed by John Hancock, a well-known Retro Gaming enthusiast.
Destroy blocks by throwing the block you’re holding at the same-coloured blocks.
If you hit another block of a different colour after one (or more) blocks have been destroyed, you will swap blocks.
Get the block counter down to the goal (or lower), without running out of throws, to move onto the next level.
If you have no valid throws, you will receive a score penalty and will get a Star Block to be able to target any block on the game board.

The Sprite engine on the SEGA machine makes it an easy port, you could even have 2 players action
