Playing Sonic Speed Sim with my new controller. Apparently, the game wants me to go through all the worlds in order to catch up to ARK. Fortunately, allows me to keep my old chao and current level so catching up isn;t that big of an issue.
Controller feels a bit weird compared to my XBox 360 controller. C and Z button accidentally opens menus and I'm used to X being boost when it's used for spin dash, boosting is the shoulder button. My right thumb is a bit strained having to reach under the D-pad for the analogue stick when I'm used to analogue stick being above D-pad, but this is a novelty controller after all.
(Also, having to find those "Investigation Clues" around City Escape is a pain in the arse given they're spread out, no clear indicator and City Escape is practically glowing that I can't see those folders clearly.)

Other than Sonic Speed Sim, I played some Sonic Superstars and Sonic Adventure 2 which works fine. I hope no issues arrise when I play it with SXSG.

I don't think you'll have problem playing SXSG with it.
I used to have many problems playing Steam games with my Saturn pad-like controller so that's why I always prefer console gaming.
But now I played PC games on my Steam Deck so as long as they are Steam Deck verified, I won't likely find any problems.

Before I got my Saturn controller and was reliant on my XBox 360 controller, I wanted to collect some screenshots from Sonic Generations but the game refused to run. Every time I booted it up, I got a message saying:
"The detected configuration does not match your current hardware. Please re-run the configuration tool."
I already configured the controller and again afterwards but the problem persisted.

That was when I decided to commit to buying a new controller. Especially given I was tired of the drifty right stick.

I haven't tested Sonic Generations with the new controller yet.

Sonic Generations isn't Steam Deck-verified.
I have to go to setting menu first to change the setting in order to be able to play it in Steam Deck.
May be that'll be the same case too with your new controller.

Fans Slam Sega And Sports Interactive For Delaying ‘Football Manager 25’ To Spring 2025: “Asking For People To Pre-Order Knowing The Game Is Nowhere Near Ready Is A Disgrace”

Quote
Some fans have begun to call for Sports Interactive to just scrap FM25 all together instead either release its inevitable follow-up earlier next year or push out a squad update for the already-existing FM24.
“Focus on FM26 then, we can still play FM24,” fan @FMGaruda said on Twitter in response to the news.
“You just need to release a transfer update, the official one.”
Another long-time fan and player of the franchise added to the sentiment by saying, “This is undoubtedly a representation of the loss of a season for us as players. After so many years of following its ...
