That's fair. Especially given Frontiers is likely to be better than Forces. I just hope Frontiers is just as fourth-wall inclusive as Forces was. But so far no news of Avatars.

Sonic Speed Simulator: How to get Tails and where to find

Once you have reached Emerald Hill, you will be able to find and get Tails in Sonic Speed Simulator by leaping onto jump pads found on a large wooden structure.
These jump pads will take you on top of some floating blocks of grass. Jump across them to the next jump pad found on floating pillars of earth and run through the grey spiral bridge to then run across a speed boost ramp.
This will take you to the Tails card. All you need to do then is collect it and change character.
