The bare minimum (What's likely going to happen)A small Chinese temple, archway or the like is found in Green Hill hub where Cream can be found. She'll likely want you to collect fireworks.
The fireworks themselves are the same fireworks from the
Fireworks Festival, just the models reskinned Chinese red.
The very least (Some effort put into it)Same as above but I would have Green Hill set to nighttime and decorated with spring couplets and red decorations along the cliffs and loops of Green Hill. The music for the event will be
Chun-nan night theme.
Instead of popping balloons, it's red lanterns.
Just like the
Beach Party event, every 15 minutes there will be fireworks and "Ring Burst" around the shrine in Green Hill hub. The music will switch to the
day theme of Chun-nan whenever this happens.
All out! (What I would do, but likely what they won't)Would introduce Chun-nan as a world, perhaps for a limited time only. The "hub" of the world being based on the Town Stage while the Entrance Stage is expanded upon to be like Dragon Road at night, with perhaps a stairway leading up to Chun-nan's Gaia Temple. The above events happening here instead of Green Hill.
