Oooooooh! I may have figured out how to burn Dreamcast discs on my Mac! Once I get home to test the discs, I'll be either let down or very happy.

Be careful though, burned discs wear out your Dreamcast pretty bad. I've switched to full-legal with my DC, except for one or two rare games. She still breaks down sometimes..

Oh totally dude, I'm 2 legit 2 quit. Outside of Propeller Arena and Dream Explorer, I'm not going to go crazy with burns. I already own most of the good games anyway, save for some Capcom games and odd Japanese releases. I really want to play "Bomber Hehe!" sometime.

I have been using burns almost exclusively on my launch Dreamcast for like five years now, and I have played it a lot. No issues at all.

Blah, all the discs failed. However, one DID boot to.... a black screen. So I did something right (almost). Plan B: Use one of the PCs at work during the lunch hour.

Are you sure they are self-bootable? Maybe you need to use Utopia.

I dun go to the Sega.com boards anymore because I don't have as much net-surfing time as I used to.  I actually have real work to do at my new job now.

Also it's pretty much a haven for trolls and crazy people.

I found that if you stick to only the Sega General and Console-specifc areas it wasn't TOO bad, but even then...

Also new rules made actual serious discussions get locked at the first sight of trouble.

I stopped going there a long time, the Sonic Games section is too big of a section to keep up with, though I was responsible for one the largest topics there at the time which was the Sonic 2006 topic. It had about 500 pages of posts.

Looking back now, I wasn't expecting the game to generate that much debate, considering how bad it turned out. But I was drinking the kool-aid back then...
