Guys, its not really their fault.

Not everyone is interested to drive 1 hour, spend some bucks, and look at games. I could totally see they rejecting that.

Driving to someones house that is few minutes away and having a party is much easier.

Actually, one hour isn't that bad a drive at all. I have to drive an hour and a half to visit with my family. Also, $10 is really inexpensive for a con... That's why I'm wondering what convention it was. If it's a full-fledged one, then they're missing out. Cons are a lot of fun. ^__^

Barry, I say you try going alone and meeting people to hang out with while you're there. Nerds in general are very relaxed and easy to get along with, but gamers especially have a common interest that they can sit down and bond over. I think you still might enjoy yourself. =)

PS3 is def a better offline console. While its online gameplay is good, it is not 'constant' with all titles. Like, Modern Warfare 2 and Uncharted 2's online play is very good, as good as 360 (outside of cross game chat). Other titles feel like complete shit.

The online Xbox 360 totally spoiled me to the point everything else seems lame, but I think PlayStation Network is doing a pretty good job. Though the fans rarely point out the good stuff and just say LOL U DUNT HAVE TO PAY 4 IT.

Loving this cooler weather. I could not stand the heat any more.
