The new dashboard is tight, yo.

I liked the older intro, but this one isn't too shabby.

Easier to navigate, more responsive(my older one randomly freezed when I tried to acess my achivements), loads faster.

But I don't like seeing my e-mail listed on the dashboard it is completely unnecessary.

I, for one, am so happy with the new boot up screen for the 360. The previous one was too freakin loud (same with the original XBOX). If I had the TV cranked up for a blu-ray, then switched to the 360 and started it up, the thing would give me a freakin heart attack. New one is quieter and way more friendly.

I do enjoy the new dashboard for its increase in speed and efficiency. The old NXE was too sluggish.

What I love most about turning on my PS3 at full sound system volume is everybody's HOLY SHIT THE START OF ALL DOOM reaction.

But as for style, MS went wa-ay casual with the presentation. Those menus feel nothing like a videogame console. And that would be great and all, were it not for your original main audience be the complete opposite of where MS is going with all this.

Step by step MS is losing focus.

Looks that way, newspapers are clearly dead!

There are a few dtp and image editing jobs floating around the net, otherwise I might have to do admin at my brothers workplace for a while.

They are taking on staff in advertising on the floor above me, I'll be creating ads for the paper instead of designing the pages but it'll at least still be creative.
