I hear ya.  I played Fusion right after it, and it actually referred to a lot of the events that happened in Other M.

Yeah, Samus has lengthy monologues in Fusion, and interacts with her CO. You really got to see her thoughts and feelings about her past and what was currently happening.
And as I said, we've seen the type of person Samus is since the ending of Metroid II.
I just find it funny how so many people are whining about Samus in Other M when her personality has been shown in many previous games.

They have put up with Tecmo's oversexualized fighting game DOA and it's even more sexualized fanservice spin-off DOA Xtreme 2, but this Gal Gun shooter is suddenly too much?

Gal Gun has way worse stuff than those games. You can shoot milk at the girls, and you get extra points if you hit the lowest part of their panties. It also has very, very young girls in it.

Thus why it's a sequel. They knew that people wouldn't be drawn in by the same level of raunchiness twice, so they had to up the ante.

For the third Bayonetta game, they're going to forgo gameplay altogether and just have porn. xD

What an utterly horrible day I've had. Literally felt sick with all the crap going on at work, then nearly had an accident on the way home.

Time for some Fallout New Vegas and KOF 2002 I think. I just hope tomorrow is better.
