Yep, I can see the similarities. May be Sonic became Pulseman too when he moves at the speed of light!

Well, the game was released in Japan only back then.
No wonder very few people know about the franchise.
I don't know why SEGA of America didn't want to localize it.
Even Gunstar Heroes and Ranger-X almost had the same fate.

Blame Free Riders. Its low sales ended this franchise's life.
