If the DC Super Heroes was from main universe yes but they don't have to be from there.
DC has many elseworlds (kinda like multiverse in Marvel).
For example in the Injustice universe, Superman and Flash aren't as strong and fast as the main universe version.

Yes but in the comic, the Injustice Superman finally met the main universe Superman (Jon Kent, not Clark Kent though).
In that storyline could see that Injustice Superman's power hasn't reached his potential because of his way of thinking isn't like main universe Superman (both Jon and Clark). Power that came from their sense of truth, justice, and better tomorrow.

I won't be surprised. Even in DC Facebook group I saw Flash fan's complaining whwn Superman could keep up with him.
