I've been meaning to update the fanfilm list for you. I figure I should wait until the Streets of Rage fanfilm by Fran Campos Films comes out.

I'll gladly update it, but take your time as you like.
The thread isn't going anywhere afterall.

I dunno when the fanfilm I'm expecting will be out. It's made by Fran Campos Films and they haven't put a release date on yet. Hopefully it be done before the actual Streets of Rage movie.

It'll be funny if they're out at the same time and their fanfilm is better than the real movie.

Be hilarious and annoying for such a long wait.

Some scenes I would of liked kept in over how long Operation: Catfish went for, such s MAddie and Tom's talk about adopting Sonic.
But I think it's for the best this scene was cut. It was too goofy and weird for a Sonic movie. Especially given the pre-quill comics already had Robotnik potentially high from living munching mushrooms.

Oh yeah, you're right. I forgot that it was in the pre-quill comics too.

Yeah. Some cut scenes I would of liked kept in but the pre-quill comics did it justice.

Though... I didn't like how most of the zones Tails past through were regarded as separate worlds. I would of preferred all those zones were on Mobius instead.

The scene I'd like to keep is cancel culture scene.

That scene made me cringe  abit. Especially when he cheaply photoshopped his face onto someone elses gofundme page.

IQ of 300 my ass if that's the case.

If I was Dr. Eggman and in serious need of funding I would either:
A. Start some sort of business that makes monetization efficient, easy and near-automated. Such as buying the cheapest casino in Las Vegas and using theoretical physics and successful business practices to make that casino the most popular casino ever.
B. Break Lindsey from Jail and re-hire her to rob banks on my behalf. As evil overlord Dr. Robotnik,I understandably would be too proud for common crimes, but being evil why should I care for the law or the well-being of others? So get someone else to do the dirty work.

If not Lindsey then a good opportunity to introduce the Bonanza Bros. as hired lackies second to Stone. Perhaps the Bonanza Bros. unaware who the boss is as long as the payment is good.

That could work but that will take a lot of time of the movies that would make the movie lot longer again.
They just want to show that Eggman can solve the problem in less than one minute.

They technically didn't, they skipped over it. Which is fine because it shows Dr. Robotnik was still resourceful by keeping cache of badniks in places not even the government knew about... Such as that satellite. There maybe more than one badnik cache given Agent Stone was able to obtain the coffee shop in Green Hills and not only tripped it out with a super computer but manage to hide badniks in the backroom without Tom, Wade or Sonic knowing about it.

By cutting out that scene, they show that Dr. Robotnik didn't need immediate funding given he already had the badniks.

Of course, what I don't get is... if the Eggpod was regarded a prototype that needed immense cosmic power to function meaning it was a one-of-a-kind flying vehicle weapon that some regarded as the egg-mobile of the movie. But it turns out Dr. Robotnik already made the Egg Mobile and it was in space all this time.

So either... Dr. Robotnik made those Buzz Bombers and the Egg Mobile as a successor to the Eggpod somewhen during the first movie (perhaps after Robotnik weaponized Sonic's quill and before the fight in San Francisco) and launched them up into space without anyone knowing... or Agent Stone made those abdniks and the Egg Mobile and launched the satellite during Robotnik's absence. It's never stated.

I should probably ask on SNN about it.

That we'll never know unless we ask the scriptwriters.
I prefer the version Agent Stone made those during Robotnik's absence.
But that still leaves question ... why Agent Stone didn't find out that Robotnik's back right away when Robotnik's using it?

He didn't, don't you recall? When Dr. Robotnik arrived back on Earth he didn't had any tech, just Knuckles, and went to directly attack Sonic. The only tech he had was his glove which he used to cut the door handle off the Wachowski's door.

When Robotnik and Knuckles failed to kill Sonic, he decided it was time to call Agent Stone.

As you can see, the Egg Mobile was on top of the satellite.

It's likely that the Egg Mobile is using the same hovering technology as the drone badnik but as I pointed out with the Eggpod, the Eggpod was suppose to be the "prototype" and that it needed a lot of energy to function.

If the Egg Mobile is suppose to be a more compact successor of the Eggpod, who made it and when? It couldn't possibly be Dr. Robotnik given he was stranded on the Mushroom Planet the exact same time the Eggpod was destroyed.
