Puzzul Swap (SEGA Genesis & SEGA CD) - 2nd Revision is Out Now

Changes:
- Reverted the block graphics
- 3-block cursor is the now the default, with 6pad you have to enable the big cursor manually
- Lowered the maximum box size to 9 (higher had issues)

- SegaCD: Added the ABC+START "home" combo on the title, in case people want to return to the BIOS.
* This game doesn't use BRAM, should be safe

ROMs on emu are for emulation and realhw for flashcarts/disc
For SCD the j, u, e are the regions
