I was browsing GameStop.com and found that Just Cause 2 was supposedly $17.99 used, so I reserved one at the store near me. If the price is correct and it comes with a box and manual, I'll be picking it up!

Can't wait to dick around with parachutes.

FFS, I was there yesterday, it was still marked at 35 bucks. I was going to trade in POP:FS and get another game, that cost me 17.99. Well, I tried that game FIRST. Nope. :(

I will just go buy it after I complete all the games I have on my backlog . Maybe its the 360 version only?

Edit: Saw the site, FUCK U GAMESTOP.

Staff exclusive sale today, I bought a Kinect + 250GB Xbox 360 bundle, HDMI Cable and Need for Speed Hot Pursuit for about $500. The console+kinect alone usually costs about $550.

omgomg! welcome aboard the hype train you MS loving fanboy!  :afroman:

I suggest dicking around in Kinect Adventures online play, it's a lot of fun slapping and dry humping online players in the river rafting game. Of course you play like a 1337 gamer while doing so, proving that you can get high scores and dick around at the same time. I had a dude rage quit on me due to the fact that I was doing the YMCA on the raft, despite the fact that we were getting gold medals. Guess you cant have fun while being a winner.

waahoo! just bought the caanoo!

I was gonna hold off til January, but my boss just gave me a $25 gift cert to thinkgeek, and coupled with a $10 off coupon I bought the system for $115!

Guess no more fun purchases until next year ;) but hey, think of it this way: I won't have to buy any games for it.

^Indeed, you'll have a limitless supply of emulated games now. Does that have a touch screen like the Wiz? If so I highly suggest you get your hands on the Scumm emulator and play some Monkey Island/Sam and Max/Indiana Jones on it!

Yes it does have touch screen! And a little spot to hold a stylus. I'll check that out, I've always wanted to play that Indiana Jones text adventure. :D

I picked up a new dress shirt.
It's tough to find fitted ones around here, so I ended up spending $80 on one of the few I could find that I liked :(.

Don't feel bad, that's pretty much the going rate for shirts around here too. I bought Polo Shirts the other day and they were about $60 each

Bought the Inception bluray at Target for $18. Oddly enough, the DVD was also $18 and yet the bluray version included a DVD version. No clue why anybody would even buy the DVD when the bluray gets you the same thing and more.

On the upside, it looks like there's a fancy new years eve party in the works, so I'll at least get some use out of it.

I hit up the $5 and under store and found a GBA SP travel case as well as Gumby the Movie on DVD.

Gaming pro tip: The dollar store chain 5 Below carries tons of Game Boy Advance, DS, DSi, iPod and iPhone accessories for super cheap. Most of the stuff is official too, not knock offs. If you ever need a case, an extra stylus or any other odds and ends I recommend the place.
