I got it and I love it. We should have some games Barry, but I did get a lot of lag playing someone in UK once before.

^Really? I played it coming off of Top Spin, and it still seemed faster and more fun than that. I haven't played VT3 in yonks though, so hard to compare those two.

Huh, ball does look a little slower. Though I'm not disappointed, I still find the game to be a lot of fun and have had some very hectic matches.

I have had the game since last night and am absolutely loving it. I spent hours on it already and never even noticed. It has been too long since I have played two just absolutely outstanding new SEGA games in a row that I almost feel like crying for joy.

I can really see why people who are really into tennis would hate a lot of the features in the game though. I played a game with someone near abandoned ruins, minigames are required in the World Tour mode and you can unlock really wacky items, like a loaf of bread as a racket. Though, it does not effect the actual gameplay as far as I can see, just looks silly.

Speaking on that, how do I unlock a lot of the secret items? I noticed some SEGA stuff in particular, would love to get that Sonic racket.

The first game is a classic and I have a few issues with Virtua Tennis 4 (the animations do get repetitive...), but so far I think this is just a bit better. The music in particular blew me away. I would love to download it if someone knows where I could find it?

THe soundtrack is awesome, can you believe some people actually complain about having music during the matches? How fucking dry and sterile do people want their games to be?

But even so, the game is really great fun like you said, it's a great alternative to the more sim-like Top Spin for people who want something different.

It really bugs me how no one talks about the extra features in this game. I absolutely cannot find out how to unlock 90% of the stuff hidden in this game and that is kind of frustrating.

Anyone here have the PlayStation 3 version? Sometimes the online games end abruptly and everyone I find online wants to play each game with like 3 sets or more, GTFO. I would really love to play some of the minigames with people here.

I'll have to check out the soundtrack. More fantastic music courtesy of SEGA! =D

Yeah, the soundtrack is phenomenal, but so damn hard to come by. Anyone know how I can rip the music from a PlayStation 3 game? I doubt I will be able to...

Anyways, the online in this is really bugging me. There are enough people playing during the day sure, but I constantly get dropped games and almost EVERYONE wants to play really REALLY long each time. It is getting to be very frustrating.

Really hoping for a patch... The game needs it.
