With that out of the way, I believe In this vid, at the 11:20 mark that you pointed out, I'm sure he took a sip, realized that it went down his trachea and started to choke, but he's holding it in so he doesn't cough like a maniac on film. The cameraman realizing this, cuts away. Pretty funny moment, caught on film like that.
