Fucking awesome, graphics are godly and over 56k units on screen at once? That is some next level shit right there.

This might just be the best tech in Sega right now...

Interestingly, this is exactly how I narrate every game as I'm playing, too!

This does look amazing.  I wonder how well I could run it on my PC.

Fifty-Six thousand units on screen at once.

Fifty-six THOUSAND.

Holy Shit.

The general upgrades sound interesting. I liked levelling up Generals in the previous games, even if it was just automatically upgrading them after wins etc. It will be intereting being able to have some more control over them. I really hope they bring back the 'govern' skill from Rome so you can train up people to run cities well as well as fight. I do hope that some upgrades are mandatory/automatic as a result of outside factors too. I loved the way generals would become drunks if they stayed in areas with lots of pubs, or become religious if near churches/temples.

The idea of that 'honor' thing where your units will fight similar units sounds...interesting. I wonder how much it will change from previous games, where you were always looking to flank and out-number the enemy. I wonder if it's just a Samurai thing too.

That's some pretty snazzy tech. And all pre-Alpha.

Large scale battlefields, excellent amount of detail too, looks like Creative Assembly have really upped their game. Shame my laptop would die a thousand deaths trying to just play the game.

Generally makes their next project even more exciting to imagine.
