I'm right with you guys on GTA IV. I've had it since it came out, and still haven't brought myself to actually beat it. Trying to run someone off the road for the millionth time while the car bounces around unpredictably in a rainstorm isn't all that fun.

On the upside, I beat Portal 2's single player. This game was full of so many fantastic moments. Anybody else here have it on PC/PS3?

Glad to see most of us can see at least something wrong with GTA, the number of people who act like I am crazy for saying what I do about that is pretty astounding.

In regards to Portal 2, don't have it yet because I am a cheap skate and don't spend more than $15 per PC game or $20 per console title. In college so I have to save my dough and don't have the time to play every game anyways. If you are interested I'll join you when it hits a Steam sale, it will : P.

Playing Phoenix Wright on the iPod. I'm at the last chapter! From there, it's on to the WiiWare ports of the next two titles.

I grabbed this when Capcom dropped it to 99 cents, what do you think of it? I haven't bothered to finish it yet. Think I am on the second chapter...

It's a fantastic port and the amount of gameplay for price is amazing! It's been great for my commute into work. I get a good hour in a day. More DS titles need iPhone ports. It just works so well.

I'll probably get those when I get more Wii points.

I've been playing quite a bit of Pokémon Pearl, as well as FireRed version.
Pearl's gotten much more interesting since beating it and obtaining the NationalDex. Breeding all sorts of Pokémon to fill in the gaps is surprisingly compelling.
I'd beaten Pokémon Red back in the day on an emulator, so I never really had too much incentive to finish FireRed when I picked it up a few years ago. Now that I can transfer them over to Pearl though, I've been playing it quite a bit.

Talking about GTA4, I hate the driving. Its lame that the dev team got the shooting controls down this time. I own the game, have not beat it... and I even have the DLC... lol... should probably get through it. RDR is good though.

It plays like Okami. Well, the creators are the same ;p

Not many enemies, but even on easy mode you got defeated easily.

The 2D sections are beautiful!! But the jump on platforms are not that good. You die a lot falling down...

You have only 3 weapons and your hands to fight. An angel then joins you after the 4th stage.

It's a beautiful game with a nice plot and awesome event scenes. It's a serious game but with a lot of humor XD

The combos are not infinite like in Bayonetta, and there is no "witch time" move to help you ;p

 I'm loving it.

@Storm: Thanks for the impressions. I'm really looking forward to when that game comes out here.

Whenever the PSN's back up, I'm up for playing some Portal 2 with you guys.

Well, I finished Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies and it was quite excellent. I had a great time playing it and I thought it was a fabulous RPG for the DS.

I also finished Venetica and I have to say that it was a really fun title. If you are looking for a very original RPG adventure I would highly recommend checking it out. I enjoyed it a lot more than most other popular Western RPGs like Dragon Age and Mass Effect. It was a great game. :D

I'm thinking of playing the Xenosaga trilogy again. It's been a while since I've played them and I've been wanting to go back and play through one of my favorite stories again.

At the moment I'm also finishing up Castlevana: Portrait of Ruin. It's a superb entry to the series and the story is really interesting, particularly if you've played Castlevania: Bloodlines (on the Genesis!!)
