I agree that it's not a certainty in any way, but I'm 100% for it if it happens. Sega needs an electronics hardware partner. That is the absolute only hope for a new console of any type to happen.

Agreed wholeheartedly. SEGA has stronger game talent when they develop for their own machine.(That's because they can FULLY understand the design and schematics  of their own platform).

It's speculation currently. But its not out of the realm of possibility. Especially once SEGA Holdings,Ltd opens for public trading.
