Just watched the new episode. It was a bit confusing at the end but I feel bad for Uncle given the episode establishes he could disguise his face but he chooses not to out of what pride he has for himself. And the one time Takafumi tricks him into making a video disguised as Elga only to realize those people see him just as ugly as those on the other world. I genuinely felt sorry for him.
