Yes, make sense.
Could be added a hard mode too :
but if we helped too many bad guys, police will start chasing after us too.
I don't think a "good/bad gauge" would be needed. I mean I liked how Sega would put intricate effort of side details to a game, such as lives and society of Nightopians being subtly effected by how you play NiGHTS games, but for a Crazy Taxi game, I think it should be like Postal II, a game where the town gets more crazier as it goes along.

Would you say Power Stones is primarily a Sega game or a Capcom game?
I myself think Capcom regards it as their game over Segas who I rarely see any promotion for.

Yeah, could be.
We still don't know whether this game is an endless type or will it have an ending.
If it's an endless type,  a "good/bad gauge" wouldn't be needed.

It's a Capcom game.
It's developed and published by Capcom afterall.
But it was exclusive to Dreamcast so I understand if people misremember it as SEGA's.
I once misremembered Cooking Mama as a Nintendo's franchise.

Why not both? Hand a story mode and an arcade/endless mode.

Oh yeah, it could. Sometimes I forgot that online games (like PSO2) also have story mode.

It isn't? I thought it was a Nintendo brand game.

It isn't. It belongs to Office Create.
Their company even changed name to Cooking Mama Limited die to its franchise's success.
While most of the games are on NDS, 3DS, and Wii,
there are also for PS4, Android, and iOS.

See? That's what I meant.
I have a friend that thought Sparkster and Earthworm Jim were SEGA's franchise.
It's because he only played Mega Drive back then, never touching SNES,
so most games that came on Mega Drive have automatically remembered as SEGA's franchise.

A story mode could work with progressive chaos per chapter while Endless Mode could consist of Arcade or Crazy mode.

I knoew Sparkster and Earthworm Jim were not SEGA franchises. I figured Cooking Mama was Nintendo given not just because she debuted on Nintendo consoles but looks like something from WarioWare or Rhythm Heaven in design.

And probably also because Cooking Mama is a family friendly game series.
SEGA also has games that looks like WarioWare or Rhythm Heaven in design,
but since they're not really family friendly games they won't be misremembered even though they're on NDS.

Capcom's Dino Crisis coming to PlayStation Plus Classics Catalog, PlayStation Store banner suggests

Quote
Users can see the banner by logging into an Asia-based PlayStation Network account with PlayStation Plus benefits on a PlayStation 5, as Asia is currently the only region where the new service is available, and accessing the “PlayStation Plus” section of “Game Library.”
Despite Regina being featured in the banner, Dino Crisis is currently not available as part of the PlayStation Plus Classics Catalog, which features emulated PlayStation classics playable on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.

Rub Rabbits doesn't look WarioWare or Rhythm Heaven in design to me, though it is likely inspired by the micro-game genre that WarioWare is known for.

Graphically no, but gameplay it's kinda the same in core : collection of mini games.
Same thing to some of Rabbids games.
Games with this genre are mostly on Nintendo platform.

And we all know Raving Rabbids belong to Ubisoft, given rabbids are a spin-off of Rayman.

The first Rabbids game I play was a Java mobile game by Gameloft.
Actually I thought Rabbids belongs to Gameloft back then, lol.
