Yeah, but interestingly SEGA of Japan would still use Christmas word.
In Japan most people in city celebrates Christmas, not just Christian.

No real surprise there. I do wonder if they have their own Christmas traditions or own take on Santa Claus.... other than KFC.
But there's also Sage in the pic besides those three.

If she being playable means more Ikagura games then count me out.
Talk about Chris-chan,vwho would ever guess that Yuji Naka would end up the same fate as him.

The demand's on Twitter. Rumour also said Kunoichi Amy would make appearance on Sonic Prime in one of the universe that Sonic visited.
Well yeah, I'm still suspicious that Yuji Naka was set up. But it's not like he will do it ag-
Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office re-arrested former Square Enix employees, including Yuji Naka, this time for alleged insider trading related to Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier.

How is NO one suspicious of him being set up at all? He's not some hardened criminal, why he be dumb to do the same thing twice?

One of the key differences is that Christmas in Japan is thought of as a holiday for lovers and kids, rather than a time to gather with family.
Even if they aren't Christian, Japanese kids also look forward to a visit from Santa on Christmas Eve and a present waiting for them on Christmas morning.
(and hopefully it's the real Santa that visit, not Segata Sanshiro)

The difference is in the Western tradition, Santa enters homes by climbing down chimneys - an act difficult to do in a nation where most homes lack this sort of entrance!
However, ask most Japanese children, and they'll have an interesting take: Santa is typically seen as some kind of magical ghost that appears with goodies!

He's not alone doing it so most likely he's befriended with a wrong people during his time in the Square Enix.

I thought the Japanese had their own version of Santa during Christmas time? A figure named Hoteiosho. He is depicted as a jolly Buddhist monk who wears red or orange monk robes. He is beardless revealing his jolly face and his robes are open revealing his belly. He sometimes carry a staff for walking but always with his bag of gifts and food that is always full no matter how much he gives. Instead of a sleigh, he has a flying row boat which can magically shrink down for convenience.

That's back then before western culture become a norm in Japan.
Nowadays we could always see western type of Santa in the Japanese malls and superstores and TV commercials during Christmas so that's how he looks in kids' mind.

Since when has SquareEnix became so corrupt?

Not all of them, just some employees.

! First, the embedded video above, which details a scene in which Sonic meets shatterverse Tails.
The scene is interesting, as it details the moment Sonic met Tails, which matches up with the same scene that played out in this year’s Sonic Origins.
Ian Flynn, scenario writer for the game’s cutscenes, had said at the time that the meeting was the new game canon of the historic event ...

SEGA of America moves to new offices in Irvine, California

Quote
The move isn’t as big as San Francisco, as the new office space is just 3 minutes from the old one and still in Irvine, however as the press release details this is SEGA of America’s new headquarters first and ATLUS is coming along for the ride.
The 31,700 square foot space is within the Innovation Office Park, in building 140, suite 100 specifically, and will facilitate up to 235 employees.
Congrats to SEGA on the new location, and once ...

Aw that's a pity. Kinda like the concept of countries with their own take on Santa.

This is going to be great! Can't wait to give this series a go. I got a good feeling about this after the aftertaste SOnic Boom left me.

It's interesting especially if you're Buddhist.
But some Japanese people change their religion like how we changed hobbies.
When they're still in school they usually have a Shinto religion since they like to pray in Shinto temple for their success in exams.
When they're married they convert to Christian since they love the idea of being married in the church and have Easter & Christmas tradition for their kids.
When they're old enough to have grandkids they convert to Buddha since it's the most calming religion and the price for funeral is also lot cheaper compared to others.

This is going to be great! Can't wait to give this series a go. I got a good feeling about this after the aftertaste SOnic Boom left me.

I don't hate Boom, but I believe too this will be better than Boom.
Still I found the council of Eggman is kinda cringey.
