It can be, yes. One of the reasons I hate looking behind my entertainment center. Hehe. That's true about the 32X and the CDX. However, they're totally compatible and you DO NOT have to remove the 32X in order to open the CD door. It opens and closes just fine with the 32X in position. That's my setup, so I speak from experience.

That is a really good price, actually. Go for it, dude.

God, I had not thought of it for a long long time.. I used to crave one so bad! It went on for years! But I never found any here in Portugal.. Such a marvelous console.. God, I want one now.

Was gonna say, my friend has a CDX. I've always tried to talk him into selling me it. No go though. :P

I do see them for sale from time to time, but not worth it considering I have a Genesis and SEGA CD and don't need a CDX for space saving reasons or anything.
