IGN review is positive, gave it a 9/10.

"As if it wasn’t already obvious, I loved my time with Catherine. In many ways, I was completely blown-away by it. While I’m sure some gamers will be turned-off by its anime-style presentation and difficult gameplay, I implore those of you who are looking for something authentically different and outright fun to give Catherine a go. This isn’t a game just for puzzle fans or just for those who love anime. This is a game that melds so much together and is so different than anything else on the market that it’s for just about anyone who really loves games."

I was considering getting the Special Edition of this game, but I don't think i'm quite ready to own a pillowcase with a girl printed on it just yet. THe rest of the package was kinda cool though (boxer shorts, T shirt, pizza box etc).
Definitely keen to pick this up at some stage though.

How did Q*Bert with tits get so much attention?

Sega Uranus: If the girl had no tits, you would be raving about it. No one cares about the tits. Its a game more than 'OLOLOL TITS'. If I wanted tits, I would go online and look at them.

NSEGA, like most people, I hate IGN only when they disagree with me.

What? I like tits! ur mom likes tits

I am just saying, the game is Q*Bert, and Q*Bert sucks ass. I do not see why such a basic game is getting so much love, aren't the cutscenes longer than the actual game also?

Instead, you could have said why people like the game or something. I have seen no talk about why people actually like this and I would like to know. I have played it, the style is neat, but the game is from the 1980s and was never good.

What are you talking about, Q*Bert was hardcore puzzling at it's best.
Actually, no. You're right.

Still haven't tried this one out. Is it just Q*Bert and amazing cutscenes?

Actually its not. Don't listen to Sanus, he always hates some games just for the sake of hating.

I played the demo and I thought it was quite interesting. I don't know if I want to get it, but it was very different to say the least.

I hope that this game does well, and that its success is actually interpreted as "People want to buy quirky games from less popular genres that aren't flooding the market," rather than "Put boobs in everything, the more slutty-looking the better!"

So I just went through this game. It's great.

The storyline is mature-ish and very interesting. It doesn't stretch on forever, it's how long as it should be.
Up until the very end a variety of thing can happen, which makes no ending seem more "canon" than the others.

The questions the game poses really make you think about your life.

And guys, it's totally not about the sex.
