Sonic Frontiers Gets Free Demo on Nintendo Switch

The end of the year always sees a lot of major video games released, and it's easy for some of them to slip through the cracks. For anyone that might have missed out on Sonic's latest, Sega has now released a demo for the game on Nintendo Switch.
It should give players a chance to see what Frontiers has to offer, and how it differs from past Sonic games!

Netflix US To Stream ‘Sonic Boom’ From Late January 2023

Among the voices in Sonic Boom include Roger Craig Smith, Mike Pollock, Colleen Villard, Travis Willingham, and Cindy Robinson.
Sonic Boom seasons 1-2 will arrive on Netflix US on January 31st, 2023.
The series also currently resides on Hulu.

Sonic Frontiers composer says “loneliness” shaped 2022's best game soundtrack

“We wanted to reinforce the idea that the player is moving the story forward through the music,” Ohtani says.
“The beginning of the game is melancholy and mysterious, but later in Chaos Island, you might get the feeling that you’re getting closer to achieving your objective.
We’ve included longer arcs of change, such as the music that plays during Sage’s scenes developing to match her state of mind as it changes from the beginning of the game to the end.”

Loneliness does feel like a reoccurring theme in Sonic Frontiers. I also find that running through Starfall Islands with just skies and ground to greet you, perhaps with Sonic's speed I felt more comfort of solitude than loneliness.

Five new Sonic the Hedgehog Lego sets appear online

These sets will reportedly cost between $29.99 and $99.99.
A firm release date for the sets isn’t known, but they’re expected during Lego’s Summer 2023 release, which is generally around August 1st.
