Tails and Dr. Eggman are both known for their high intelligence, but in my game, I catagorized Tails as a Fly Type and Dr. Eggman as a Technique Type. I figured that while they're both Rank-A in Knowledge and the Technology skill would increase their Knowledge, it is Dr. Eggman who is more of a hands-on person than Tails.
Eggman has more experience too.
And Raúl Júlia was amazing for the role of Bison. I wouldn't peg him for super-muscle fighter type but he was spot on for the domineering, confident warlord role. And he was suffering from cancer at the time! He only took the role because his kids asked him to.
