If they're being merged, weren't their original bodies also disappeared?
Aren't souls/spirits tied to the original bodies?
The ones left in the badnik are just clones of their consciousness or whatever from their brains since the brains were disappeared too?
It's mostly just a mass of decay and cable holding them together.
I was mostly thinking of Tangle at the time of writing it. A mass of scrapped badnik parts, cable and decay holding it all together, driven by spirits of the animals left to die within the badniks.
November 04, 2024.
Then they had plenty of time for it.

Capturing their spirits to put into the badnik, that's more spiritual thing than a technological one.

Then they had plenty of time for it.

We never know when they started the project, it could be started in November 02, after Halloween is over.
From release date until November 01 they probably were still busy playing the game instead of modding it.

It wasn't intentional, just a spooky supernatural thing that happened.
It just makes a good Sonic-themed ghost story.

I'm not saying it's bad, but there's plenty of time for Christmas. They have time to polish this some more. (Maria's Christmas outfit is adorable, but i think Gerald needs a bit more work.)

It's really good for Halloween story since it gave me a chill when reading it.
Definitely spooky.

For this year's Halloween, I thought Marza would make another animation of their beloved ghosts again, turned out I was wrong.

They could updated this mod later.
It's just like their way on saying we are already working on this project so other modders who have the same idea wouldn't waste their time and could make different kind outfits / another mods instead.

I might animate it on SFM sometime in the future. No promises.

Maybe Sega wouldn't allow it? I mean, I dunno if she's still a "Sonic character" or not, but she did start off in a Sonic animation.

I hope we'll get custom stages as well... Though I'm curious how they will fit them in.

Seeing existing stages entirely replaced for the custom stages seem a bit over-kill. I'm sure once the Sonic 3 Movie Pack DLC hits, they would place the Tokyo stage entrance somewhere neat and subtle in Shadow's white space.

Imagine getting this mod and using it along with this stage.
(Okay, so White Acropolis isn't "that" festive, but it's the only snow-themed Stage ever had. Maybe Crystal Mountain Zone if we're pulling straws.)

Nice. No pressure though, take your time.

Every picture of her's copyright was written as "©MARZA Animation Planet Inc" though, not "©SEGA"

SEGA SAMMY do own Marza Animation Planet but Lah, Uh, and Su are characters under the Marza Branch of SEGA SAMMY and not part of the Sonic IP.
"Night of Werewolf" short movie was a colab between SEGA and Marza but since Marza didn't have exciting own characters at that time, they create new ones (Lah, Uh, and Su).

Just like Street Fighter EX series which some characters were belong to Capcom and some belong to Arika.
Most characters from Arika's fighting game "Fighting EX Layer" were debuted in Street Fighter EX.

Yes, it's definitely need snow-themed stage.
Christmas doesn't feel complete without snow, although to be honest I never feel what snow is like nor see it directly since I live in a tropical country.

StellarStardust has confirmed that the intention is to turn this into a full game. It appears that it will be released on PC, as was the case with the excellent Triple Trouble.
"We're gonna be mixing things up to help this game reach its full potential and making the game overall more fun to play," they said. "Some things will stay the same though, such as the title cards and having to find the Chaos Emeralds in every zone! And yes, we're including the ..."

Well, I imagine it take s alot of effort and money to make an animation and they can't simply make Halloween animations every year.

I've only seen snow sometime, but it's a rare occasion. Even during Winter. I've never had a white christmas before.

One of my fondest memories, in my old hometown, was waking up and seeing it covered in snow. While I have had a few snow days before, I have never seen such thick snow before.

Still, there was no announcement of cancelled school, so I still had to go. I arrived there and met my best mate as we head for school assembly.
As we sat in the assembly hall, the teachers were talking amongst themselves. They decided that even with the students now attending (or maybe not enough students could attend? There were lots but I doubt was the entire school), they decided to cancel school for the day.

Like the rest of the school, everyone quickly got to their feet except for me and I held my friend back. I said "Hold on, just wait." Because I knew that a whole assembly of students eager to have the day off would just cram the doors and me and my friend waited for the crowed to thin out before we left.

Instead of going straight home, we did what we usually did after school, go to the local library to enjoy some internet time.

That was years a go. I now live at the coast where snow days are less likely.

I guess. The short movie was distributed for free afterall.

That's a nice memory. So your country have four seasons, right?
Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn/Fall?
We only have two seasons here, Rainy and Dry.

My only nitpick about these is that they have little to do with actual tarot cards.
