Funny thing is SA1 & SA2 got taken down in some countries (Italy, German, etc), but they were also being added in Japan (Japanese steam has no SA1 and SA2 until last year, 2024).
I wonder why the difference.

I dunno. As you said they could either be planning something big with the old console games and need to take down Steams Mega Drive and Dreamcasts games for it, or they're just being funny.
