I don't mind doing chores as long as it's fun. But then again the word "chore" means an unpleasant but necessary task, so may be chore is not supposed to be the right word when it's fun.word when it's fun.

Exactly, they call them "adventures" but it's stuff like "collect 200,000 rings" or "collect 3,500 chaos orbs" or "Boost for 200 seconds"!

I know both MMOs and Freemium games do this, but PSO2 dailies were at least somewhat fun to do while SSSR "adventures" feel more like chores and commands.

This is why I suggest SSSR should take some pages out from PSO2's book. they could make the race courses double as obbies and have adventure objectives there.

If the badniks fought back, I would find the "destroy 50 badniks" chore more of an adventure. But these adventures feel more like chores.

In SSSR, these "adventures" are more comparable to picking up litter. It's scattered around, yet it's stationed there so there's no challenge or difficulty. It doesn't fight back, it's there for either collecting such as rings or chaos orbs, or just to be destroyed like badniks.

Only going out to the park with a bag and grabber and actually collecting litter is better than SSSR chores because even in a messy neighbourhood, rubbish isn't scattered as often as ring and badniks respawn, you're getting some exercise, in the outdoor and your community thanks you for the effort.
