Ulala, that sounds so much like what I think about using public transportation at 6AM. Some stations look like ghost towns.

Yesterday i was with a friend getting food for a BBQ late on a Saturday afternoon. When we left, it was still light out, but we were pretty much the only car and people in the parking lot.

Very post-apocalyptic looking, especially as this place is usually packed to capacity with cars.

My town was also very reminiscent of Silent Hill today. Made driving to work a bit creepy.

So... impressions on the first footage of the GL movie?

Personally, while I was surprised at first, they seriously picked the footage that made it look like some comedy and the fact that Blake Lively is mentioned before the lead actor kinda tells that they(ET) aren't serious about this.

Having said that, I hope they tweak those special effects for the next 6 months, cause it looks a little cartoony.

Yeah, ET has their target audience.
I'm a big Green Lantern fan, and I'm enjoying what I've seen so far. Kilowog looks pretty great.

I think I'm too bored of superhero movies to care at this point.

Watching them feels like watching TV pilot episodes ad naseum.

I agree, I'm still iffy about the CGI costume, it just doesn't look right to me.

Still, I'm hopeful that this movie turns out good, but as far as superhero films go I'm more excited for Thor and Captain America next summer.  :mrgreen:

Wow, You guys really have to read this review of the new Harry Potter game.

The way the writer wrote this review, you would never guess in a million years what's the score for this game.

But reading between the lines, it is utter crap!
