Just to satisfy your curiosity  ;) :


currently and for the past 4 years I'm using an Alienware laptop.
Just before an Acer laptop.

Before that an Asus laptop.

My first "real" PC was an assembled desktop PC.
Without going to dwell further, the first one I used was most likely either a Commodore or a Sinclair...

According to versus comparison, Dell i7 4600u E7440 256GB SSD with dual monitors. Works pretty well, though my company rolls us back to Win 7 because my IT dept is scared of 8 despite the proven battery life increase.
