Total War Saga: Troy has a release date of August 13th. It will be exclusive to the Epic Games store for a year, and free for 24 hours on the day of its release. Apparently this is a one time thing. Source:
https://www.totalwar.com/games/troy/troy-faq/Total War: Elysium was announced for Mobile and PC. Unlike other Total War games, it's a free-to-play strategy card game. It's currently in closed-beta for Android and PC, but will come to iOS at launch. It has no release date at present:

Vice: Project Doom was released last year in the west.
