Weezer's one of the few favourite bands of mine that I still haven't seen live.

I was mainly at the festival fir Yeasayer, Arcade fire and Modest mouse; I did catch Weezer play that Beverley hills song and the buddy Holly one too.

Arcade Fire??
Again, gotta see them. I think I've listened through their new album front to back at least 10 time since it's come out.  I usually just listen to Neon Bible through October and November.  For some reason it just seems to me like the perfect autumn album.

Consider this a "next thing I spend money on":

Really considering stopping by Walmart this weekend to get the LOTR blu-rays for $15 each. I know they aren't the extended cuts, but waiting two years for those is too long (I assume they'll release with The Hobbit) plus the price is so low for HD versions of a solid trilogy.

Edit: hey, look at the ad I just saw on this page!

I just got the same exact LOTR ad. Kogen gets porn ads? Google images doesn't allow them. Maybe he just thinks hobbits are sexy.

I have to admit, I have the movies on DVD, with extended ones too. I can wait for the extended. *mans up*

I held a LOTR EE marathon in college, we also watched The Hobbit cartoon in the morning. Took thirteen f-n hours, but it was a hell of a lot of fun.

I got the games today, but I'm getting the actual console tomorrow! You'll have to show me how to play Uncharted though, since i'll be a collossal noob.
