I bought a 13'' Macbook Pro. With it, I also got a 2nd generation Ipod touch with it thanks to Apple's "back to school" offer. I hope I don't regret this.
Congrats on one of the potentially best buys of your life.

My 4th and final Dreamcast controller has arrived. It's dirty. Disease-dirty. I'm sorry for whom will get to play with it.

Wow, im jealous!

You won't regret that buy.  Mac OS X is an awesome operating system.  Only thing that sucks about it is it has low game support.

Well, you can run most Windows games using Windows in Bootcamp or parallels or something can't you?

Yeah... you can.. but that's still a pain IMO =P

having windows take up precious HDD space on a laptop HDD.

Besides, who buys a laptop for gaming? =P  I know when I eventually get a laptop I won't be buying it with gaming in mind.  I would rather have long battery life and light weight.

No it's not, all operating systems suck big time. Some just suck slightly more than others. The computer isn't exactly fit to play games (it's the cheapest model) but I guess I'll be able to play The Orange Box that I have on Steam. I have the consoles to play the games. PC gaming is dead, everybody knows that. :afroman:

What a day to blow money.

I started with a full asian lunch where I pigged out on the sushi.
Then I bought Terminator Salvation 2 Disc Special DVD, which was on sale for dirt cheap in Jumbo.
Then I ordered Blazblue: Calamity Trigger for Xbox 360, also on the cheap.

But the biggest expense of the day was my collegue report to which I spent 30€ on a copy shop(which is also a DVD rental store) for 3 copies of the 33-page report. Damn it!

@Shadiwulf

Lol, very true. I feel like Mr.Burns.

Oh, yeah, I also forgot to mention: the average price to print a A1 page format poster in photo paper is f***ing 12€.

My father bought a black and white laser printer a while back. It cost him less than €40. It came with a toner that lasted for a while too. I think you were ripped off big time.  :P

Bought a playstation move starter pack, extra move controller, nav controller, sports champions and resident evil 5 gold edition.
Most are pre orders.

Wowee! Thats a mighty Move preorder! What's the price of that in the UK?

Speaking of pre-orders, I just preordered the Toy Story Trilogy on blu-ray, $40 after gift cards:

Damn, what is with all of those discs? I thought the point of Blu-Ray discs was to get rid of all of that shit!

Disney tends to package the DVD versions with their Blu-rays.

I know, the pre order wasn't cheap.

It's £50 for the starter pack, about £30!for a wand and £18 for a nav from the site I got it from.
Resident evil was £15 and sports champions was £25.
