Kingdom Conquest released for iOS devices!

I just downloaded it and registered. My name is "Nomad" and I live in the Northwest. Music is surprisingly awesome, art style reminds me of old 1980's fantasy. Haven't played too much just yet, but it seems to be hack and slash. I have a 1st gen iPod Touch, so things aren't super smooth, but its completely playable. Check it out if you can!

I honestly think this looks better than 60% of SEGA's console outings in recent years and am furious it is not on anything I own. This would be perfect for any kind of platform, the multiple play styles could help it build a fairly large fanbase too.

Another great example of what SEGA should have made into something to actually use PlaySEGA for. It should have also used the Golden Axe title.

Like "Golden Axe: Kingdom Conquest"? Yeah, that would have been cool. They're nearly there anyway in visual style, so they could have just made it a spin-off.

I've just completed the tutorial and am enjoying it. Looks like you build up your town and army by creating industry, monster farms and monster training facilities. Then, having trained your monsters, you dispatch them to nearby territories. Once the territory is taken, a tower is built and you head in yourself for some PSO style fighting. Not sure when I encounter other players, but since the game is just a few hours old it won't happen just yet.

Looks like the pay model comes into play when you want to speed up the process of something. Like buying an item will speed up production of monsters or increase your exp. I guess the more money you put in, the more powerful you will become. Hey, if SEGA makes money, I'm happy. As long as it doesn't break the game. I'll be playing for free until it really becomes necessary to drop a few bucks.

Downloaded! And played a few hours, for me the games is at first glance very good; mostly is well developed the strategic part with many features editable(for an IPOD/Iphone game); the hack 'n slash portion isn't bad, but seems looks more like a way to get treasures and vary the formula.
That beig said, must wait to meet other players to better judge the whole gaming experience.
Ah... my name is Fhabjok and like Nomad :) I live in NorthWest.
