Only part of the list that seems correct to me.

Also, no Sega? Seriously?

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, what the heck is Mojang? I never heard of that company.

I'm also interested to see what their criteria was for that list.

The only SEGA dev listed there is Creative Assembly.

Do they meant "greatest" in that its a fun, kooky, place for developers to work? Because in that sense, I could see SEGA not being on the list. They've released awesome games in 2012, but for the staff and dev teams it wasn't all that fun.

But if they're going by the output, then I think SEGA should be on the list. I mean, I like Halfbrick but c'mon. They released one iOS game in 2012, thats it: Jetpack Joyride. It's a fun title for the platform, but I really can't agree that a place like Halfbrick is greater than all of SEGA, or even internal SEGA devs like Creative Assembly or SEGA hired teams like Sumo Digital. I'd think Sumo and CA totally deserve spots on that list.

@Will

Oh, ok... I thought it was an indie game made by one guy, I had no idea there was a company behind it.

Sega is too bloated of a company to list. Notice how they don't use Publishers in General.

Had the Yakuza and the Valkyria Chronicles Team kept a Idetity throughout the years, and the latter make more Console games, you might have seen them somewhere.

But yeah no AM2? pfff...

Some of those devs don't deserve to be on there. Harmonix being one of them due to continuously making Rock Band games. What the hell is CCP? It's like they randomly picked developers that exist in 2012/2013.

Also, where is Yakuza Team? They made 2/3 games this year (one of them a NEW franchise).
Big fan of Claymore, Miria in particular.

Currently playing Yakuza 0.

lol runescape, played that years ago

looking at the graphics now on the current site, the environments look like they've been majorly improved. but... the character models look horrible as they did years ago lol

Mind you I'm not saying Runescape is bad. Just saying Jagex hasn't made a game in over 10 years, yet it's on the list and AM2 is not. Shocking to say the least.

Harmonix? Crearive Assembly? And this is just looking at the bottom os the list. AM2 should be at least somewhere in the top.

I don't see a problem with the creators of the best MMO ever made being on the list.

I kid. I kid. :P
