Saw this, http://www.jxd.hk/products.asp?id=627&selectclassid=009006, earlier while serching for a new android tablet for the mrs, seriously thinking about getting one looks very promising for on the go gaming, does hdmi out, built in emulators, android 4.1 and at $130 or about $100 not a bad price   :D

These types of devices and the Vita are great except for one thing that's driving me crazy. Can they make a phone call and send a text message?!?!?!?

It seems that they pack it to the brim with hardware specs, make it fully 3G compatible, but leave out the two tiny features that would justify it as a smartphone replacement that is a serious gaming console.

First the vita, then this. Make this a simple phone so I can toss my phone away and have ONE DEVICE.

Get this in your head portable manufacturers: ONE DEVICE. Say it again, ONE DEVICE.

and dont u think its bullshit havin them analog above the x y buttons. thats odd. i dont really understand. it would work wwith fps. but it would make peeps mental.
