I'm starting to wonder if I see opportunity where Sega and perhaps most do not... or I simply have bad ideas.

UK is far away from Japan where the SEGA higher-ups live and both of countries have a very different culture so your ideas might be worked in your region but not here.

For example Yakuza and Persona games topped charts here in Asia (especially Taiwan and South Korea) but they rarely showed up in UK Charts.
SEGA games that landed in UK Charts were always Sonic, Total War, and Football Manager.
