Aahh. Good find... So I'm not the one who found similarities.
Not sure whether it's tribute, homage, or just copycat.

Seems more like inspired by Sonic than a clone. Freedom Planet is a lot more similar than that game is, and I wouldn't go as far as to call that a clone. If you really want to see some Sonic clones you should look on the Google Play store. :V
