SEGA has announced its Q1 financial results: Video game sales and profits dropped, but growth is expected for the full fiscal year, in part thanks to Stranger than Heaven and Persona 4 Revival

Going even more granular, video game sales (including both console/pc and free-to-play) were 43.3 billion yen, down 2.91% year-on-year, while operating income was 1.3 billion yen, down a whopping 75% year-on-year.
Looking at the forecast for the full fiscal year, for the whole company, Sega expects 510 billion yen in sales, which would be up 4.62% year-on-year. Operating Income is expected to be 44.5 billion yen, down 5.52% year-on-year.
The forecast for video games (again, combining consoles/pc and free-to-play), Sega expects full-fiscal year sales to be 246 billion yen, up 11.87% year-on-year, and operating income to be 30 billion yen, up 56.25% year-on-year.
