I'm really happy to see that it's coming out in the west. Also, not surprised at all that NIS America's putting it out instead of SEGA.  Especially after they put out Sakura Wars.

SEGA didn't even publish this game in Japan far as I know. I thought they just helped distributed it and had references in it.

Odd, maybe SEGA dropped out. Wikipedia is better than GameFAQ tbh. Have you seen their forums? Enough said.

In the official site of SEGA JP: http://www.sega.jp/cgi-bin/csgame.cgi?hw=2 the game is listed as distributed like other titles: BlazeBlue, F1 2010, Red Dead Redemption etc...
