I think the last SEGA game I bought was Shining Force EXA for PS2 - the best Shining Force game I've ever played thus far. ^__^

Next, I'll be picking up Sonic Colors on Tuesday. I can't wait! <333

Bought an early Birthday present for myself, the SEGA Consumer History book:

Already had SEGA Arcade History, and I figured best to get the other one before the price went up anymore. :)

Colors on both wii and ds. I feel bad that I haven't bought vanquish yet. I really want to play that game. I just got a job so I think maybe in the next few months. This was a good SEGA year quality wise. Too bad the sales have always been average to decent overall.

Sharky & George will be pleased to hear that I picked up Viking: Battle for Asgard. $10 at GameStop, can't wait to give it a spin.

Picked up Crazy Taxi on XBLA. I figured gameplay is great, widescreen is a plus and avatar awards are cool (CT logo shirt and Axel's Hawaiian shirt!). I threw together a CT1-3 playlist for custom soundtracks.

Stopped at the used game store and grabbed Metal Head and Moto Cross for the 32X and Bust-a-Move 4 for the Dreamcast in a buy 2 get 1 free sale.

Barry, where did you get those books?  I'd never even heard of them until now.

I found the books via ebay's search notification system, so whenever an item containing the keywords "sega consumer history" and "sega console history" appeared, I'd get an email and jump on 'em. I think $35 is a good price per book. Any more is too much in my opinion, especially if you can't read Japanese.

My SEGA Consumer History book arrived yesterday! I'm going to do a full feature on it and the other book over at SEGA Memories later this week, however here are a few previews via my webcam:

I went into a Game Traders store today and picked up a copy of Virtua Fighter 1 on Saturn. I already have VF 2, Kids and Fighters Megamix on teh system, so this rounds out the collection nicely (Still need remix).

Was pretty cool, although all the Mega Drive games and Dreamcast games were pretty meh, the Saturn had a decent collection. I was tempted to get Exhumed as well, but passed on it for now. Might pick it up some other time.

They also had a Game Gear for $150.
