What are your thought of Raphnet? They make PC adapters for various consoles.

I've got this silly idea of getting a Race Controller as well as their Dreamcast adapter to play Sonic Racing: CrossWorld with, despite the fact I'm not that into racing games.

I mean, it's not like Retro-Bit's Sega Collab' covers controllers other than the standard ones for Mega Drive, Saturn and sooner-or-later Dreamcast. But buying a Raphnet adapter and a Race Controller would be around eighty quid just for the one racing game.

Other than that, if I get too many controllers, it's a matter of where to put them when not in use.

I'd love it so much if I still have my desktop PC.
But now having CRT TV is still cheaper option than buying desktop PC and the adapters.

Do it if there are other Dreamcast games on PC that you're dying to play right away right now.
Otherwise it's just like you said about what to do when it's not in use, they're just gonna fill your shelves with more things.

You're browing the internet on a television? I mean, so am I, using a modern TV as a monitor. But a CRT?

Well, I'm not really a racing game fan. I imagine the Race Controller can be used on racing games in general, it was just a thought though.

No, my office lent me a netbook (kinda a laptop but it's less powerful).
I can browse and work with it but I can't install anything in there including games. It's not powerful enough to play games anyway.

I'm not really a racing game fan either. Though I did enjoy the slower driving one like Outrun, Paris Dakar 1990, or Harley-Davidson: The Road to Sturgis.

New Sonic the Hedgehog LEGO Set, 77118 Silver's Car vs Knuckles' Monster Truck Releases January 2026!

Quote
As the name suggests, the set features two brick-built vehicles from the CrossWorlds universe, which both reflect their respective characters' unique traits. Silver's Car, also known as the Neo Lightron, is built for speed with a very curvy, futuristic look, coloured mainly Silver. The car is roughly the same size as Sonic's Speedster Lightning, with enough space to fit a single Minifigure in the cockpit of an exclusive Silver the Hedgehog.
Meanwhile, Knuckles' Monster Truck is bulkier and built for power. In its red colour scheme, the vehicle includes large, oversized wheels attached to a raised chassis. Wheel covers with spikes can be found on top of the LEGO wheel elements, giving the monster truck an even more powerful and somewhat rugged look. Once again, this ...
