I'm not quite sure I understand, though I'm usually in a "blue state" most of the time. It's when I get worried that my brain runs lots of "what ifs" at me that i can't handle.
Basically it's kinda like The Law of Vibration.
Everything in the universe, whether physical matter or thought, is made up of energy that vibrates at its own frequency.
Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Love, Joy, etc in the first row are the frequencies.
Through practice we can control where frequency we wanna be at, although the top 2 are almost impossible for most people.
