If the movie has comedic approach, I think yes, shake the puppet in front of the screen to pretend it's running is kinda fine.

Kind of glad they waited until available CGI.

Last time I played there's none of that.
Hang outs places are on their discord official server.
But they keep adding new things until its global release later so I'm not sure if it's changed now.

It would be nice if they had something like, virtual rooms for us to hang out in.

Well, all in all, I appreciate a Sonic game that's marketed for competitive players.
